Anneliese Louise van der Pol is a native of Holland and an American actress and singer. She is well-known for her theatre work and for starring as Chelsea Daniels on the Disney Channel show That's So Raven and its sequel Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol has a Dutch origin as well as being an American actress and performer best known for frequent appearances on the popular television series That's So Raven. She recorded R&B/pop versions of The Lion King's Circle of Life as well as Cinderella's Dream Is a Wish your Heart Makes. in 2006, van der Pol recorded a rendition of the Disney Song Candle on the Water by Pete's Dragon in the context of Disneymania. Because of her broadway performance in the role of Belle van der Pol recorded several songs heard in the theatrical production's soundtrack such as the famous A Change in Me.
